Operation Christmas Child
Greater Sacramento Region
This ministry sends shoe boxes full of toys, school supplies and hygiene items to children all over the world. Individuals and groups in the Greater Sacramento Region participate every year with 47,500 gift-filled shoe boxes being collected in 2012.

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan's Purse, an international Christian relief organization headed by Franklin Graham, that collects gift-filled shoe boxes and delivers them to children living in desperate situations around the world.
